Cydne has been practicing yoga since it was introduced to her in 2002. It was an immediate love, and has remained a part of her life ever since. Initially she valued it for the physical strength it grew in her; but when faced with struggles in her personal life, she was quickly amazed at the spiritual and mental strengthening benefits it grew as well. Having off and on struggled with addiction over the years, yoga is what helped her come to peace with her spiritual center. It improved her ability to calm and quiet from within, allowing growth and happiness to pour out into her daily life beyond the mat.
